When can I cancel my order?
- You may cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it
- Orders must be canceled before shipping begins
- Once shipped, cancellation is not possible. Please see our Return & Refund Policy
Can I cancel a pre-order after payment?
No. Pre-orders cannot be canceled once your 50% advance payment has been received. These items are imported specifically for your order and follow a committed fulfillment process.
How do I cancel an order on Beshikhushi.com?
- Contact our support team within 12 hours of placing the order
- Share your order ID and reason for cancellation
- If eligible, your order will be canceled and refunded (if prepaid)
How are refunds processed for canceled orders?
- Prepaid orders are refunded via the same payment method
- Refund timeline: 3–7 business days after approval
- We do not refund canceled orders that are already shipped or are part of pre-orders
