What payment methods do we accept?

- Online Payment Gateway (SSLCommerz, Visa/MasterCard)
- Cash on Delivery (COD) — only for selected ready-stock items
How does advance payment work for pre-order items?
For all pre-order products, a minimum 50% advance payment is required to confirm the order. The remaining balance (if any) must be paid before final delivery. Estimated delivery time is within 20 business days after confirmation.
When is payment collected?
- For in-stock products – payment is collected at checkout or on delivery
- For pre-orders – 50% or full advance payment is required
- For COD – payment is collected in cash by our delivery partner at your doorstep
How will you receive your order confirmation and invoice?
After a successful payment, you’ll receive an order confirmation via email and SMS. It will include your invoice, tracking number, and estimated delivery timeline.
How do we keep your payments safe?
- All online payments are encrypted and processed via secure gateways
- We do not store your card or mobile banking credentials
- Refunds (if applicable) are made through the original payment method
