  • Placed / Confirmed: You submitted the order and received confirmation.
  • Processing: The order is being verified, packed, or prepared.
  • Dispatched / Shipped: The parcel has been handed over to the delivery partner or entered the shipping workflow.
  • Out for Delivery: The courier has started the delivery attempt.
  • Delivered / Attempted Delivery: Delivery completed or attempted at your address.

Important: Cancellation depends on dispatch status, not only time.

When Can I Cancel My Order?

Submitting a cancellation request does not guarantee cancellation; eligibility depends on dispatch status and processing stage.

You may request cancellation if both are true:

  • You contact us within 12 hours of placing the order, and
  • The order has not been handed over to the delivery partner.

If your order is dispatched

Once an order has entered the shipping process, cancellation is not possible. In that case, please see our Return & Refund Policy.

Note: Some orders may be processed quickly. Even if you are within 12 hours, cancellation may not be possible if dispatch has already started.

Can I Cancel a Pre-Order After Payment?

No. Pre-orders cannot be cancelled once your 50% advance payment has been received.

These items are imported specifically for your order and follow a committed fulfilment process.

Special Imported & Time-Sensitive Items

Certain items may have limited cancellation options due to sourcing, import timing, or handling requirements. This can include:

  • Special imported items arranged specifically for your order
  • Time-sensitive items where cancellation is not feasible once processing begins

If your order falls into this category, we’ll explain the cancellation eligibility clearly when you contact support.

How Do I Cancel an Order on BeshiKhushi.com?

To request cancellation, contact our support team as soon as possible (within the eligibility window):

Please provide:

  • Order ID / order number
  • Your registered phone number or email
  • A short reason

If eligible, we will confirm cancellation. If not eligible, we will inform you of the next applicable option under Shipping & Delivery and the Return & Refund Policy.

Refunds for Cancelled Orders

If your order is successfully cancelled and you have already paid:

  • Refunds are processed via the same payment method used at checkout.
  • Refund timeline: 3–7 business days after cancellation approval. (Processing time may vary depending on banks/payment providers).
  • We do not refund cancelled orders that are already dispatched or are part of pre-orders.

Cash-on-Delivery (COD)

If your order is Cash-on-Delivery and is cancelled before dispatch, there is typically no refund because no payment has been collected.

Orders That Cannot Be Cancelled

Cancellation may not be possible in the following situations:

  • Orders already dispatched/shipped or out for delivery
  • Orders delivered or attempted for delivery
  • Pre-orders after the 50% advance payment is received
  • Special imported / time-sensitive items where cancellation is not feasible after processing begins

Failed Delivery & Non-Acceptance

If a delivery attempt fails due to incorrect address/phone, repeated unavailability, or similar issues, the order may be handled according to our delivery and return processes under Shipping & Delivery and the Return & Refund Policy.

Non-acceptance of delivery without a valid reason may affect future order eligibility, as it creates real courier and handling costs and disrupts fair service for other customers.

Privacy & Sensitive Orders

We understand that sexual wellness purchases can be private. When you contact support, you can simply share your Order ID. You do not need to share personal details. Our team follows internal Trust & Safety governance practices to handle sensitive requests discreetly.
