User Reviews Policy

This User Reviews Policy explains how reviews work on Beshi Khushi, what is allowed and not allowed, and how we moderate reviews to reduce misinformation, protect user safety, and maintain platform integrity.

Reviews that discuss health effects, especially in sexual wellness can easily be misunderstood. So, we apply clear boundaries and safety checks to keep the platform useful and responsible.

Reviews are personal experiences not medical evidence

Customer reviews may describe how someone felt, what they liked, or what didn’t work for them. That can help others understand product quality and service experience; but it must not be used to:

What reviews are for?

Reviews exist to help customers in Bangladesh understand practical, real-life aspects such as:

• Product quality, packaging, and authenticity
• Usability (comfort, texture, scent)
• Delivery experience and customer service
• Overall satisfaction (without medical claims)
Reviews are not intended to provide clinical conclusions or health guidance.

Who can leave a review?

To reduce spam and misleading content:

  • We may prioritize or label reviews from verified buyers where our system can match an order to the reviewer.
  • We may limit review frequency per order or per product to reduce manipulation.
  • We may restrict reviews from accounts showing suspicious behaviour.

What is allowed in reviews?

Reviews are allowed when they describe personal experience in a safe, respectful, non-medical way, such as:

  • Packaging, seal condition, authenticity impressions
  • General usability feedback (comfort, smell, texture, ease of use)
  • Delivery, order handling, and support experience
  • Overall satisfaction statements without medical claims
  • Neutral comparisons (e.g., “better packaging than my last order”)

If you’re unsure, keep it simple: what you received + how the experience was.

What is not allowed in reviews

To protect user safety and reduce harmful misinformation, the following content is not permitted:

Medical and treatment claims

  • Medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment instructions
  • Dosage instructions or medication-style guidance
  • Claims of cures, guaranteed outcomes, or “works for everyone”
  • Claims that imply clinical proof without evidence

Explicit or harmful content

  • Explicit descriptions written to arouse, shock, or harass
  • Content involving minors or any sexual content related to minors
  • Threats, harassment, hate speech, or targeted abuse

Privacy and security violations

  • Personal data (phone numbers, addresses, private messages, payment details)
  • Posting someone else’s identity or private information
  • Doxxing or intimidation

Spam and manipulation

  • Promotional links, referral codes, or advertising
  • Competitor attacks or coordinated review bombing
  • Fake, paid, or misleading reviews intended to deceive

Editing, removal, and visibility rules

• We may remove reviews that violate this policy.
• In some cases, we may apply limited redaction to remove personal data or unsafe claims while preserving the review’s main meaning.

• We do not guarantee that all submitted reviews will be published.
• Review order, display, and “featured” placement may be influenced by relevance, recency, and quality, not by whether a review is positive or negative.

Conflicts of interest and incentives

Reviews must be genuine. We do not allow paid, fake, or manipulated reviews.

If we ever offer an incentive to leave a review
• It must be disclosed, and
• It must not require a positive review

Reporting a review

If you believe a review contains misinformation, harassment, unsafe health claims, explicit content, or personal data, report it for moderation review.

Do not post personal data in reviews. If a review contains personal information, it may be removed or edited for privacy protection.
